Gunjeet Singh, a tweeple said, “Dear people praying for Manisha Koirala, I hope you also pray for millions of poor patients who can't even afford proper treatment!!”

UTV Motion Pictures also prayed for the speedy recovery of the actress and Kabir Bedi, who worked with Koirala in a film also tweeted, “Deeply saddened by news of Manisha Koirala's cancer. It can be beaten, and will be.! She's a fighter. My daughter, Jahanara, in "TAJ MAHAL” Some people were cheap enough to take a pot shot at a person who is facing the lowest point in her life. Case in point being 'mintydhillon' tweeted, “Bollywood can be really mean.... Manisha Koirala's comeback movie is titled " Bhoot Returns" !”

The 42-year-old actress was admitted three days ago in Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai is soon to start her treatment. Some days back, she did tweet that she was suffering from food poisoning but it was not until she collapsed that she was rushed to Jaslok hospital. Her mother is currently with the actress and her brother is said to be flying in from Nepal. From being one of the top Bollywood actresses of her time to seeing her career take a low road, she has seen it all and all her friends know that she has the courage to bounce back from the disease as well. One of her friends said that the actress is taking the news in a positive sense. One hopes and wishes that the actress recovers soon.
