Maoists kill second youth in October on suspicion of being police informer
Tension is mounting in and out side of Mathili block close to Chattishgarh border of Malkangiri district of Odisha as another tribal youth Bhima Padiami was killed by Maoists on late Friday night as they suspected him a police informer.
Maoists sliced the throat and killed Bhima Padiami (31) of Dandipadar village under Mahupadar Panchayat of Mathili block after abducting him about 15 days back. His body was dumped before his house with his throat slit.

According to a source Maoists organised a prajacourt inside the forest near Dindipadar village. The area commander Binod Kashyap pronounced the verdict to execute him. According to the verdict Darba Division Area Committee carried out the order.

Bhima was working as secretary of a watershed project and was at Mathili block headquarter on October 18 for the last time. The Maoists abducted him after he returned home from Mathili block headquarters.

Bhima was one of the youths who were abducted in the months of August. That time the Maoists brutally thrashed him in a prajacourt and later released him. The incident has triggered panic in the area. This is the second incident by the naxals in October next to Dambaru Sagaria near Mahupadar to whom they killed suspecting him of being police informer.
