The seminar was aimed at recognizing the Mary Kay independent sales force for their achievements while also providing education, inspiration and motivation for the year ahead. The Mary Kay independent sales force now exceeds 2 million members worldwide and in India it continues to surge ahead.During this year’s event, nearly over a crore was spent on recognitions and prizes which include diamond jewellery, international educational trips & other Cinderella gifts.
Ever since Mary Kay’s inception in India, the Company anticipates investing approximately $20 million USD during five years of its presence in the country.
