MATT LAUER, NBC’s “The Today Show” host, has left his wife Annette Roque, after 12 year of marriage life. The news daily, “The Enquirer” in its front page reported that the new cheating scandal rocking his marriage.
Well, what is new in this, we come across this kind of infidelity story on daily basis; we just came out of woods hype and probably heading for Matt hype. This is not the first time Matt couple is departing; they tried it once in 2006, actually separated, while Roque was pregnant. Bu they later reconciled before their divorce they filed became official.
The reason of latest media hype is not yet clear, as none of the pair said anything on this latest development.
“I heard he and Annette are breaking up. I was not shocked to hear that. But it I svery sad,” Lauer’s ex-wife Nacy Alspaugh said to a magazine.
Lauer is known for his multiple relationships, one permanent and other on temporary basis. He was married from 1982 until 1989 to a television producer named Nancy Alspaugh. The marriage ended in divorce.
From 1989 until 1996, he dated Kristen Gesswein , a television newscaster. In 1998, he married Annette Roque, a Dutch model known as ‘Jade.’ But in 2006, during her third pregnancy, she filed for divorce in Manhattan Supreme court, the couple subsequently reconciled.
Now, again in 2010, they are heading for mega media hype relationship blockbuster. Let us see they will be able to face the media attack or not.
