Maximum reveals other side of Neha Dhupia

Neha Dhupia, the glamor girl is all set out to play the plain Jane in the movie Maximum. In a candid interview, she tells us about her role in the film.

IT WOULD be after many years that Neha Dhupia is actually playing a major part in a film. Although she did work in some films last year but this time in Maximum, we would see her in a de-glam role of a housewife, managing the kitchen. This would be a nice change from all her previous roles of glamorous beauty as the scope of acting is also great in the film, although her role is small.

As Dhupia told NNIS, "To be able to play the housewife and to pretend what is going on in the kitchen, is not me. But without any hesitation I took up the role as the film is interesting. But hats off to all the Indian housewives who work hours without getting paid." Dhupia also talked about the de-glam factor as the wife of Sonu Sood 'Supriya.'

Talking about co-star and on screen husband Sonu Sood, she said that their chemistry is sizzling and she had a wonderful experience working with him. According to the damsel, she watched the promo 18-20 times while waiting in some lounge so much so that finally she got bored by looking at her own face in the television.

The release of the film is scheduled for June 29 and Dhupia requested everyone to watch the movie, "We have put in our maximum effort in the film. Please go and watch it." Dhupia might not be the highlights of the movie but to see Nasseruddin Shah in the role of a cop would be exciting.
