Ashok Sangwan, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) has warned his corporation's officials, and told them not to leak or hand over private official documents to any person, group, company or organisation.
He told all officers under him to take good care and personal attention towards transferring all documents related to MCG. "All files and papers related to MCG and its work will be transfered from one department to another department only through designated officers and that too personally," Sangwan warned.
He also said that leaking any information or handing over of any private files to any individual, who is not authorised, is a punishable offence, and any officer found breaching this law will face a legal action and may be suspended from his or her position.
To avoid any interference of private people in corporation work and reduce their influence and corruption, Sangwan passed these orders to his officials.
