MCG issues birth certificates to children before they are born
In a startling discovery, it has come to the fore that MCG has been issuing birth certificates to infants before they were born. They have given birth certificate to babies days and even months before they were born. This discovery was made during an internal probe. During the probe they were also trying to figure out whether this was just a lapse in the system or a continuous racket happening over time.

As was reported by the, the birth certificates were issued by the citizen facilitation centre (CFC), which was outsourced by the MCG to a private agency. The investigation happened after the CFC were outsourced to a new agency. The fault or the lapse or the systematic issuing of false birth certificates goes back to 2002. It was also found out that at times a kid was issued two certificates.

Praveen Kumar, who seem to be in a lot of trouble lately, said that the documents were false or rigged for monetary gains. He also added, ''The motive could be anything, like getting admission in a school. The birth certificate is a very important document and right now I am going into the details and trying to find out how many such frauds have taken place.''

However, other MCG officials were not as calm about the matter as Kumar was. To be fair, the other official was speechless and blamed it on the doctors. According to him, it is the duty of the doctors to record the time and the date of a childbirth and the issuing of the certificates happens thereafter.
