MCG organises Diwali festivities in a night shelter
Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) gave a reason to smile to the homeless people of the Millennium City. MCG engaged all abandoned kids and those homeless people in the celebrations of Diwali on November 13.

ON THIS Diwali, MCG took this inititative by celebrating the festival with children and old age people at the night shelter, called 'Rein Basera'.

The shelter is run by an MCG NGO, Urja Samiti. The place was decorated with lights and children bursted firecrackers, provided by the NGO. This gave the children a reason to smile, at least for a night.

Rein Basera, established by MCG, is located in Bheem Nagar area behind fire station and in the community centre of Kanhai in sector 44 and 45 near HUDA city centre metro station. All the needy people from the city are welcomed in the shelter.
