Secondly, the victims family claims she underwent operation and her organs were removed but medical reports say she underwent an operation for a complicated pregnancy on 23rd July. Thirdly, woman's family claims her religion was forcefully changed but an affidavit shows the woman willingly converted on 30th July in a local court.
Fourthly, the woman claims she was raped in Hapur and Muzaffarnagar Madrassas after she was abducted but medical reports don't confirm sexual assault. Fifthly, she never accepted the relationship with Kaleem but the call detail report (CDR) showed woman spent hours talking to Kaleem before disappearance on 23 July.
Sixthly, Kaleem has not been mentioned anywhere in the FIR that was filed after the woman first went public with her complaint but Meerut Medical College shows, she was with Kaleem on 23rd July and signed a consent form as 'Husband and Wife.'
According to gynaecologist Sushila Jairath, the girl, accompanied by Kaleem approached her and after medical examination found ectopic pregnancy which she had been carrying for 45 days. But why did she hide all this?
According to the police, variances in the woman's version were found on three occasions. Her account in the original FIR, then before doctors and the statement recorded before the magistrate were inconsistent and the girl was supposedly married to one Kaleem of Uldhana village under the Kharkhaunda police station area in Meerut district.
According to the FIR lodged before the Kharkhoda Police station in Meerut, against village Pradhan Nawab Khan, cleric Sanaullah and four others, the girl was abducted on July 23 and was taken to a Madrassa located in Mustafa colony in Muzaffarnagar. She was confined there for three days and was gang raped. The girl was forced to sign documents related to the conversion to Islam.
The complaint further says that the girl was abducted again on July 29 and was taken to another Madrassa located in Garh Road in Meerut. She was raped again, converted to Islam with rituals and was given a Muslim name. She was forced to sign documents for passports and visa applications.
The girl's complaint also made some chilling revelations. The girl says it was in Muzaffarnagar Madrassa that she met other Hindu 40-50 girls who were also held captive and were to be sent to Dubai. But why the police didn't raid till date to arrest the culprits and help the remaining girls and release them from captivity?
This directly shows the whole episode was nothing but a conspiracy to tarnish the reputation of Madrassas and Muslims in India because the number of madrassa has mushroomed across Uttar Pradesh in recent years, with there being an estimated 10,000 of them now all over the state.
Despite above evidences which were published as well as highlighted in every news paper and news channel, there are organisations holding rallies and giving hatred speeches against Muslims and are asking for the closure of Muslim madrassas.
There is a greatest threat to the communal harmony of the country. Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi always emphasize on the secular state and says nobody should do anything to disturb the secular fabric, but what is his reaction when innocent Muslims and their Madrassas are targeted?
