THE MIAMI Heat won the NBA title by defeating Oklahoma City Thunder in the fifth game of the championship. They won the title last night with the score line reading 121-106 in favour of the Heats during the best of 7 finals, 4-1. It was all smiles for Miami Heat, which comprised of some of the best NBA players, such as Lebron James, and D. Wade.

In fact, Miami Heat dominated the series, as they lost only one game during the finals. Their players showed their class, especially during the last game. All their players had impressive figures to put an end to a wonderful NBA season. Their star player, Lebron James, came up with a brilliant performance, as he was good on both the offensive and the defensive side of things. He amassed a total of 26 points, 11 rebounds and 13 assists during the game, reported CNN. Chris Bosh and D. Wade scored 24 and 20 points respectively. Lebron James was awarded the most valuable player.

It was not that the Oklahoma City Thunder played a bad game, but they were outplayed by a better team in the competition. Their star player, Kevin Durant, once again looked sharp and impressive on the court, but he was not backed well by his team mates. Had he received good support from his team mates, the results could have been different. He finished the game with 32 points, but in a losing cause.

It is for the second time that Miami Heat won the NBA Championship. They won it last in 2006. Lebron James, Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade played a big hand in bringing the title back to Miami after a gap of six years. It is time for their players, coaching staff and everyone associated with the team to rejoice their victory.
