MICHAEL JACKSON'S personal doctor is under the scanner for the pop singer's death and is being probed for manslaughter investigation by the police department. Dr Conrad Murray's clinic in Texas was also raided by the police and searched for incriminating documents and evidence.
Earlier, police had said that Murray was not a suspect in the case but has been questioned twice in connection with the case. The police has, however, not arrested him but sources believe that authorities are now looking forward to analyse his role in the death of the pop singer.
The warrant issued by a Houston judge allowed the police to look for items connected with the offence of manslaughter that connected Dr Murray with the crime. Officers seized several drugs, computer hard drives and tax documents from his clinic.
Earlier, Dr Murray's lawyer had denied that he administered drugs to the pop singer that could have lead to his death. Sources meanwhile said that it was now for the prosecutors to go through the evidences and take the final decision regarding charging Murray.
