Microsoft's LifeCam and LifeChat debut in India
Microsoft's LifeCam VX-500 and LifeChat LX-200 make their debut in the Indian market to help users get in touch with their near and dear ones. Backed with a 3-year warranty, the devices are available for Rs 850 (LifeCam) and Rs 999 (LifeChat).

THE HARDWARE division of Microsoft has launched a new webcam and a headset in the Indian market. The LifeCam VX-500 and LifeChat LX-200 have made their debut in the Indian market with an aim of helping the users get in touch with their near and dear ones. The company believes in connecting the consumers with friends and relatives with ease. Both of these devices are mainly targeted at instant messaging (IM) programmes.

The LifeCam VX-500 features a true Video Graphics Array (VGA) to deliver better and sharper quality of videos. This compact sized webam would enable users to work consistently with both-laptops as well as desktops. Video chat can be enjoyed flawlessly through this webcam.

The LifeChat LX-200 headset is a treat for music lovers as they can enjoy music as well as gaming sessions. It is a mixture of flexibility and comfort. Multiple work can be done at the same time. Not only does the headset features a unique design and style, but it can also be folded and carried along quite easily.

The Microsoft’s webcam as well as the headset do not require any additional software for installation. With its plug and play interface, users can easily install and use them.

Backed by a warranty of three years, the LifeCam VX-500 is available in the Indian market for Rs 850, whereas the LifeChat LX-200 headset has a price tag of Rs 999 attached to it.

Hi based on the Report "Microsoft's LifeCam and LifeChat debut in India" 27/06/08 ,I have tried all options to get the model LifeCam VX-500 .It seems no body knows about it . Can i get the vendor / shop details if possible
