Following the suspension of Texas Tech coach Mike Leach on Monday, the coach's lawyer Ted Liggett said that Leach would most possibly be taking legal action.
Following the suspension of Texas Tech coach Mike Leach on Monday, the coach’s lawyer Ted Liggett has come forward saying that Leach would most possibly be taking legal action.

According to Liggett, Mike Leach is still hopeful that he will get to coach the Texas Tech in the upcoming Alamo Bowl in January. He also said they would “do all they can” so that justice is delivered to Leach.

As of now, Ted Liggett and Mike Leach are seeking a temporary restraining order that would enable Mike Leach to coach in the Alamo Bowl against Michigan State.

Earlier on Monday, Mike Leach was suspended from his duties due to complaints regarding his ill-treatment of an injured player.

The complaint against Mike Leach was filed by player Adam James and his father, ESPN college football analyst Craig James. Reportedly, Adam James was made to stand in an adjacent building after he received injury during practice, feeling secluded.
