THE ONGOING Milwaukee Boat show which is currently on at the Expo Center, State Fair Park is one of the biggest boat shows, with about 300 boats from 75 different manufacturers up for a view and even a buy!

These include Kayaks, cruisers, fishing boats, pontoons, runabouts, motoyachts, deckboats, pro style ski and wakeboard boats, bass and walleye boats and many more apart from boating accessories, the latest gadgets in marine electronics, boat lifts, inflatables, ship stores and a lot more. The Milwaukee Boat show, which has been on since last Friday, January 15, will carry on over the weekend.

For boat fanatics and fishing lovers, this is the place to be, particularly on this Saturday and Sunday. Apart from housing everything related to boats the event will also host fishing seminars on Saturday and Sunday, to help people improve their catch.

The Milwakee Boat show is also hosting many events on the side. Apart from the live wakeboarding which happened last weekend, the organisers have place Twiggy the watersking squirrel to display its talents from January 22, 23 and 24. There is also a contest where those who sign up stand to win a Lund 16 feet fishing boat, combined with 40HP mercury outboard and a trailer.

Those coming here to eye antique and amazing boats won't be disappointed either. The Milwaukee Boat show is giving centrespace to some such boats like the Sea Ray 470 Sundancer, a sports yacht classic with standard Zeus 360 degree control pod, retractable sun roofs and Sirius satellite radio. There is also the Mastercraft X-15, Donzi 35ZR 009 limited edition and the Manitou X- Plode Pontoon Boats.
