ML Khattar's cabinet colleagues eroding his authority
By attending the swearing-in ceremony of Manohar Lal Khattar, Prime Minister Narender Modi has given a clear message to the aspirants of chief minister post that they enjoy his full confidence. But, Khattar's senior cabinet colleagues are eroding his authority by their utterance on important policy decisions, which should come only from the chief minister.

These aspirants although had reconciled to Khattar's appointment as chief minister are now pressurizing for key portfolios, which is delaying the announcement of portfolios. Normally after the oath taking ceremony, same evening portfolios are allotted.

Captain Abhimanyu, Rambilas Sharma and Anil Vij were also claimant for the top post. Now they have embarrassed chief minister Khattar by issuing statements on T.V. Channels that enquiry will be ordered in Robert Vadra land deals.

S.P. Gupta, founder of Peoples Voice said that ministers should act with maturity and should not issue policy statements, which weaken the authority of the chief minister. Rambilas Sharma on record stated that a sitting high court judge will probe all land deals including Robert Vadras deals.

However, Khattar despite having no administrative experiences has acted like a seasoned politician when asked by the media about enquiries in Vadras land deals. Khattar told that his government is not vindictive and at the same time said that such complaints will be taken according to law of land.

When Khattar's attention was drawn on Change of Land Use (CLU) related decisions of previous government and investigation concerning Mr. Robert Vadra case, the Chief Minister said that his government would not act with the spirit of vendetta. Law will take its own course on all such complaints.

Admittedly during the campaigns Narender Modi and other senior leaders had referred about Robert Vadra land deals and Modi had even requested the Election Commission of India to take notice of Haryana government's action of regularizing the deal despite the model code of conduct.
