Analyst opine that Call of duty has become a part and parcel of gamers lives and it has a very devoted following among them. MW2 has brilliant graphics and is almost like a movie and allows multiple players to share consoles linked to the internet.

Video games are rocking and the debut of ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’ has just proved this. The videogame’s publisher revealed that it made a whopping sale of 300 million dollars on the first day of its launch, thus leaving behind some of the biggest Hollywood top grosser.

MW2, sold 4.7 million copies and made more than 300 million dollars in

USA

and

Britain

on the first day itself. The worldwide numbers are going to add more to the sales numbers and the game is expected to take the world of videogaming by storm.

The game, however, depicts brutal violence and almost realistic visuals that make the gaming an enjoyable experience. MW2’s predecessor had sold 12 million copies and this version of the game shows a military task force taking on terrorists to save the country.

MW2 launch also saw a lot of activity in

Britain

, where thousands of buyers had gathered on the launch day in Leicester Square.

MW2 console costs 54 pounds whereas the PC product sells for 35 pounds.
