Musical tribute to Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday

The masters of Indian music wished Amitabh Bachchan on his 70th birthday with their songs. While some sang AB's old songs, others were more interested in promoting their own films.

WISHES ARE pouring in from all over the country for Amitabh Bachchan on his 70th birthday. While some are tweeting and facebooking wishes, others are visiting Jalsa to wish the man in person. The singers in the B town, however, gave him a musical tribute, wishing him luck for all the way through.

When nnis got an opportunity to take a byte from different singers they got interesting tributes for the actor who still captures everyone's heart with his performance. Bappi lahiri, Shaan, Anu Malik, Mika and Sophie Chaudhary crooned all the oldies from Amitabh Bachchan's films and said happy birthday. While Himesh Reshamiya promoted his own film Son of Sardar and sang the title track of the film.

October 10 was big evening for the Bachchans as the entire elite group was seen together to wish the man on his birthday. Jaya Bachchan, who must be credited for a lovely party, was wearing a red Salwar Kameez and the birthday boy was seen in a dapper black velvet suit. Abhishek and Aishwarya had colour co-ordinated their outfits and were seen wearing cream coloured designer wears.
