Nadal waits for his next victim in the finals of Australian Open
Nadal must be waiting for his opponent for the finals of the Australian Open, 2012, after defeating Roger Federer in a fantastic game. Forget the score between the two, the match would be remembered for its quality.

THE MUCH anticipated semi – final game between Federer and Nadal was played yesterday and the quality of Tennis on display was amazing, where both the legends looked good shot for shot. Nadal proved to be triumphant as he beat Federer by 6-7 (5), 6-2, 7-6 (5), 6-4, reported Yahoo. The rivalry between these two players has been something that makes the audience just sit on their toes and take notice of the mastery of their skills.

With this victory, Nadal has reached the finals of the Australian Open, 2012, and he is now awaiting the winner of the Andy Murray and Djokovic, as they are playing an evenly contested game, where both the players have won one set each so far.

Though, the match only lasted for four sets, one who did not see the game must have said that it was an easy game for Nadal. But, ask those people who saw the game live rather than glimpses on TV? They would say that the match was, as usual a great one, where both the players were determined to play better than the other. It was Nadal, who was better during the game, though not by a big margin. The game had come to a halt due to the fireworks’ display at Melbourne, but it did not disturb Nadal’s momentum, as he came out after the short halt all guns blazing.

Nadal’s whip, backhand, covering the court, accurate serves and his penetrating shots down the line shots were simply remarkable. Still, Federer’s magic with his racket was on full display too, as he was going great with his both backhands and forehands. Unforced errors let him down, as he finished with 63 unforced errors, reported Yahoo, which is so unlike Federer.

Irrespective of whoever is pitted against Nadal, it is for sure that the Spaniard ace is going to put up a strong fight and make life tough for his opponents, as he did for Federer. If he puts up a similar performance like the one he did against Fedex, it would be difficult to stop Nadal.
