Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a syndrome that causes uneasiness and embarrassment to most women every month. About eighty five percent of the women worldwide are experiencing discomfort due to the symptoms of PMS. PMS IS a condition which is the combination of emotional, psychological, physical and mental disturbances that starts 7 to 14 days after ovulation and this ends with the menstrual flow. · Instead of taking three meals in a day, break it into four to five meals; it will help in maintaining blood sugar levels.

· Taking the supplements of vitamin E and vitamin B6 will help in decreasing the symptoms of PMS.
