The Kansas Jayhawks are favorites over the Lehigh Mountain Hawks for this 2010 NCAA tournament game which is scheduled to play tonight. Kansas need six more victories to become the most winning team in school history, bettering the 37-3 record of the 2008 national championship team. Kansas was the winner of the Big 12 tournament, and Lehigh secured an NCAA berth by winning the Patriot League Tournament.

Kansas is 32-2 on the season and has won five straight and 18 of its last 19 games. Lehigh holds a 22-10 overall record, setting a school record for victories in a season. According to the 2010 NCAA Tournament Bracket and Betting Predictions, Kansas can win this game against Lehigh by more than 50.  Kansas coach is Bill Self while Lehigh coach is Brett Reed.  Top seeded Kansas NCAA record is 82-36 (39 appearances) whereas Lehigh record is 0-3 (4 appearances).
