NEFOWA to conduct a mass RTI Submission mission on August 8 at GNIDA
The recent orders of Supreme Court to demolish some of the illegal housing projects like Campa Cola Society in Mumbai, Supertech's Emrald Court in Noida etc. have made the flat buyers of Greater Noida West anxious and worried.

The concern among the flat buyers is not unfounded because according to them, most of the builders have changed the layout of their projects and constructed towers where there was a provision of Green Area. The number of floors have been increased in the under-construction projects.

Noida Extension, where the issues have already been surrounded by controversies, the possibilities are that these illegal acts of builders cannot be ruled out. The innocent flat buyers have to suffer ultimately.

Despite repeated requests to the builders by the flat buyers to provide them true and correct information about their projects, no response is given to the buyers. Consequently, the flat buyers were compelled to approach the threshold of NEFOWA (Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association). NEFOWA had written several letters to GNIDA in this regard, but the dumbness of the authority has proven that they are not serious about the problems of flat buyers at all.

Yesterday on Sunday, during a meeting of NEFOWA executives that held at their office in Noida, it was decided that NEFOWA will organize a 'Mass RTI Submission' Mission on 8th August, 2014 at 11 am in which the annoyed flat buyers of Greater Noida West will take part in large numbers to file the RTI to seek information about their projects under the banner of NEFOWA.

The objective of this campaign is to provide true and necessary information to the flat buyers about their projects so that any flat buyer does not get trapped under the unethical act by the builders.
