It also ensures comfortable learning without having to endure the physical difficulties of traditional form of education. Learning and education with the help of a computer is definitely beneficial in its own way. For example, Abhaya NB, an English lecturer at Christ College, Bangalore says that for a subject like phonetics it is important for the student/child to be able to listen to the perfect form of pronunciation which is possibly better by listening to it repeatedly over the computer as it ensures correct pronunciation.New Media definitely has its advantages in terms of providing effective education. The amount of information available is abundant; there are educational games which are all involving and exciting enhancing absorption. Fun with learning is more preferred by children when compared to classroom learning which is not really activity based.New Media interests children as learning is combined with audio and video which is lively and enables better association with the concept taught.
