Nicole Johnson crowned Miss California 2010

Nicole Johnson, a beautiful and intelligent woman from Ventura country has won the Ms California title. Nicole said that it was her confidence and poise on the stage that ensured her victory.

NICOLE JOHNSON, a 24- year old beauty from Sherwood in Ventura county was crowned Miss California. Johnson won the title after competing with 133 women, whom she outsmarted using her presentation skills as well as confidence.

NIcole Johnson also defeated the crowd favourite Nana Meriwether and after winning the title, she said that her composure and confidence on the stage helped her in winning Miss California 2010 paegent. Meriwether came second in the race to Miss California and if Johnson is not able to fulfill her duties, she can step into the coveted shoes.

It is pertinent to mention that Tami Farrel took over the title in 2009 after Carrie Prejean was stripped off the Miss California title. A number of women, who participated in Miss California 2010 said that it was a great learning experience and that they had been able to make new friends.

The Miss California USA paegent was hosted by Chris Jacob and Miss USA 1995 Shanna Moakler in Rancho Mirage.
