Nissan Motors has issued the Nissan recall 2010 over a brake pedal problem as well as issues with its fuel gauge. While the brake pedal issue, which could make the brake pedal wobble is a serious one, the fuel gauge issue is a simple annoyance.

IT SEEMS as if Nissan Motors wants to err on the side of caution, when it started the massive, worldwide recall, covering over 540,000 cars. Though there have been no reports of any injuries or accidents due to the twin problems, which initiated the Nissan recall 2010, Nissan Motors has taken the initiative of the recall already.

Nissan Motors has issued the Nissan recall 2010 over a brake pedal problem as well as issues with its fuel gauge. While the brake pedal issue, which could make the brake pedal wobble is a serious one, the fuel gauge issue is a simple annoyance.

As per reports, the brake problem is all because of a pin in the pedal, which can be dislodged and render thebrakes useless. As per data it released, Nissan Motors came to know about three incidents where this took place, though there were fortunatley no accidents.

Meanwhile, the fuel gauge problem, is any annooying one, but not a threatening one. In this case, vehicles, especially high mileage ones may run out of gas, even when the fuel gauge indicates a full tank.

The Nissan recall covers the following car models:

Nissan Titan (2005-2008)
Nissan Armada (2005_2008)
Nissan Infiniti QX56 (2005-2008)
Nissan Frontier (January-March 2006, October 2007-January 2008)
Nissan Pathfinder (January-March 2006, October 2007-January 2008)
Nissan Xterra (January-March 2006, October 2007-January 2008)
