No alternative for Manmohn Singh
The present India needs a Prime Minister like Manmohan but not anybody. This country needs a neat and fair administrator as Prime Minister but not a shrewd politician.
A calm administrator like Dr. Manmohan Singh should continue till INDIA gets a strong economy, to flourish as one of the best disciplined economic states. That is the wish of everybody from young to old in this country. A find of greatest visionary late PV Narasimha Rao who put the country on wheels of globalization, Mr. Manohan Singh should never think of getting down if anybody comes to occupy the PM chair.
He knows what has to done for the welfare of the country and its people. His stubbornness came out when the nuclear agreement was hanging and the congress party could have not said negative to Manmohan to convene the Loksabha for confidence motion. In Congress party everyone knows his inflexibility and that’s why they keep mum when the issue of replacing Manmohan Singh with Rahul Gandhi comes up. The comparison and thinking of Manmohan Singh with Rahul Gandhi is ridiculous. It is like an insect before an elephant. Some use to talk to please Sonia Gandhi that Rahul can take this country to number one in the world and in addition to that he had plentiful qualities. These are nothing but BHAJAN of some selfish politicians of the party. A Prime Minister may not be a shrewd politician but a shrewd economist and reformist. If Manmohan steps down, then everyone right from Sharad Pawar to Lalu Prasad Yadav would want the seat of Prime Minister and would indulge in coalition politics, Karunanidhi can demand any of his sons and daughters. The people of this country would like to see none other than Manmohan Singh as the Prime minister.
