Nokia rolls out E71 and E66 in India
Nokia E71 and E66 are designed to enhance the way people work and increase productivity in their daily lives. The handsets are meant for people who lead a mobile lifestyle and want quick as well as easy access to their personal and work email.

NOKIA HAS unveiled the E71 and the slider E66 - dedicated one touch key handsets from their E series range.

These two phones are fully equipped with the mail for exchange mobile email client to access emails. Attachments like the Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files can also be downloaded directly. Moreover, it also supports the third party email solutions like the Seven and Visto.

During the launch, Devinder Kishore, director Marketing, Nokia, said that enterprise mobility will stay for long in India with wider acceptance of push email amongst corporates and prosumers. He further added that enterprise consumers and prosumers would embrace the advantages of business mobility and enjoy the returns in the form of increased productivity and work-life balance. The new Nokia E71 and E66 are designed to enhance the way people work and increase productivity in their daily lives. The handsets are meant for people who lead a mobile lifestyle and want quick as well as easy access to their personal and work email. Lastly, he said that with the launch of these two new mobiles they have responded to the consumer feedback by making calendar and contacts available at the touch of a button.

Both the handsets are integrated with a 3.2 megapixel auto focus camera, FM radio, music player, assisted GPS, 8 GB external memory and 110 MB internal dynamic memory. It also features mobile VPN support and Nokia Maps for navigation.

The E71 handset measures 114 x 57 x 10 mm and also enables users to edit the MS Office documents. The E66, measuring 107.5 x 49.5 x 13.6 mm, will be offering unique additions like the orientation sensor, which automatically optimises itself for full screen view. The silent mode gets activated when the device is turned over. The phone supports maps, music and media sharing HSDPA browsing, 3G connectivity, wireless Local Area Network(LAN), Bluetooth 2.0, Quad band GSM ie 850/900/1800/1900 and automatic switching between GSM bands and Nokia Mobile search options.

Both the handsets will be available in grey as well as white colours across the country. The E71 will be priced at Rs 22,949, whereas the E66 will carry a price tag of Rs 23,689.
