NOKIA, THE Finnish mobile giant, has launched the new Nokia 6208 Classic in the Indian market.
The company had unveiled the new cell phone first in the Chinese market. Nokia 6208 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display and a 3.2-megapixel camera. It also comes packed with dual LED flash, 8x digital zoom, multimedia player and a FM Radio. It also offers a super handwriting recognition support.
The Nokia 6208 also features 64MB internal memory, which can also be expanded up to 8GB with the assistance of microSD cards. A 3.5mm jack for music buffs is also available with the new set. Though there is no Wi-Fi or 3G, the new Nokia 6208 features EDGE.
The sleek look of Nokia 6208 would easily magnetise buyers. It is built of stainless steel and offers large fonts facilities while messaging and browsing the net. While speaking to the media, Vineet Taneja, Marketing Director, Nokia India said, “Nokia 6208 Classic is designed to give consumers an enhanced messaging experience.”
