Given the scenario only 20,000 jobs created by government will not bring any solution to the big list of unemployeds. Creating self employment under self employment scheme will only flush money circulation in its economy as well as keep the mind of the youth diverted to constructive work. Small Industries Service Institute has a bigger role to play now. co opertaiv movement needs to be encouraged. Let the 80 thousand crore be properly utilized.
