On photographing water bubbles
Though shooting water bubbles may sound a bit obscure thing to do since they are unpredictable and it is tricky to photograph them sharply. But if you have patience and want to do an experiment, you may come up some fascinating pictures.

WATER BUBBLES are created during rains in puddles, dripping water in a containers, or gurgling streams; first thing to keep in mind is the lighting of bubbles and the background.

While photographing water bubbles, the most important thing to be kept in mind is that a brightly lit bubble and a dark background makes the bubble stand out. If you are able to find a situation when the bubble is in shade that is reflecting a sunlit landscape, you will get a good picture.

Use the auto-focus camera mode since bubbles are short-lived and adjust to blur the background for making the bubble stand out. Keep the shutter speed high and camera stable to freeze the shot.

If one is to do out-door bubble photography, still early mornings are generally the best to shoot. The low morning sun gives nice light to illuminate the bubble.

Always be persistent and patient for bubble photography. Look for the calmest of conditions and keep trying, experimenting to be eventually able to get some good shots.
