On the eve of its worldwide release, let's talk about Baahubali 2 – 10 known, unknown facts about the most awaited film ever
Baahubali: The Conclusion is the sequel to the 2015 film Baahubali: The Beginning, one of the highest grossing films at the box-office ever, and the whole wide world awaits its release in a rather dramatic fashion befitting the larger-than-life universe created by the film franchise.

Touted as a milestone moment in film-making history, as Baahubali: The Conclusion warms up in the wings for its release today, let us go through some facts known, unknown about this majestic epic-drama!

1.       Baahubali: The Beginning went on to become the highest grossing film at the box office netting a total of Rs 650 crore.

2.       Baahubali: The Conclusion is being released across India at 6500 screens with a cumulative number of 9000 screens worldwide.

3.       Movie ticket booking portal BookMyShow has already sold a massive figure of over a million tickets in just over a day for Baahubali: The Conclusion.

4.       An unimaginable opening is being expected for this sequel and trade gurus have predicted Rs 90-100 crores net worth of income on the opening day itself.

5.       Andhra Pradesh and Telengana state governments have issued special permission to screen 6 and 5 shows a day respectively.

6.       Arka Mediaworks made Baahubali 2 at a total budget of Rs 250 crores while the film has already fetched Rs 500 crores through satellite and distribution rights.

7.       The film is also expected to completely overshadow all previous cinematic successes by grossing at least 1000 crore bucks at the box office.

8.       Southern Indian screens are going to be taken over by the film as it releases in 70-75 per cent theatres in Tamil Nadu and Kerala and in 80 per cent theatres in Telengana and Andhra Pradesh.

9.       1000 North American theatres will be showing the film while over a lakh advanced bookings have already overwhelmed Dubai and the film will also be screened in Ghana.

10.      The film is releasing worldwide in various theatres in an assortment of languages namely Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam apart from Hindi.
