One month over: No clarity on implementing election promises in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
One month has elapsed, but not a single election promise has fulfilled by the Chief Minister of either Andhar Pradesh or Telangana. Almost every day or at least alternate days the governments are attacking each other on useless issues. Both the CMs have forgotten to fulfill their election promises, instead they are busy in fighting with each other.

The first one month rule of Chandrababu Naidu (Andhra Pradesh Government) and Chandrashekhara Rao (Telangana) is not spectacular but disappointing. The first and foremost thing before both of them is implementing their election promises. Among them the key one is crop loan waiver. One more important issue is fee-reimbursement policy, which is hurdle for both of the states.

The Telangana state government has announced that they would continue the system but only for erstwhile Telangana family students. Chandrababu Naidu has not said in a clear cut way whether in the residual Andhra the policy would continue or not. Students are concerned like farmers when the counseling for EMCET rankers will start. Both the states have one EMCET and educational reservations will continue for ten years for both the states as joint state. That was the situation in the both states for farmers and students.

On crop loan issue Telangana Chief Minister Chandrashekhara Rao has assured the farmers that their loans below one lakh rupees would be waived off. He has said that the Cabinet would take a decision very soon. He also sent a team to the Reserve Bank Governor with regard to some help but RBI did not respond. So he has made-up his mind to waive off the loans with his own government funds. Still nobody knows what the idea in his mind was. Apart from that the other main election promise was to increase the pensions and housing scheme with double bed room with a kitchen and hall in the area of 120 yards. Giving three acres to poor is also a great promise and for that he has advised the officers to search such lands in every village.
