The Oregon Lottery is celebrating its second annual St. Patrick's Day raffle and it has selected its $1 million winner. The Oregon Lottery is operated under the direction of a five-member citizen commission, with the commissioners appointed by the governor and confirmed by the senate.

The winning $1 million raffle ticket is number 130,338. This special Oregon Lottery fundraiser also awarded 10 prizes at $20,000 and 1,000 prizes at $100 in addition to the top $1 million prize. The Oregon Lottery also selected 10 ticket numbers for a $20,000 prize: 054897, 067147, 091421, 140085, 176848, 187498, 210724, 234142, 239068, and 240230.
