FORBES, ONE of the leading magazines is famous for issuing world’s top ten lists in various fields. Usually the lists feature world’s top ten actors, actresses, sportspersons, business icons etc. However, in its recent issue, the magazine has published the world’s ten most wanted fugitives for the first time. Al- Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden, India’s most wanted Dawood Ibrahim are the prominent names on the list.

Osama, who claimed to be the mastermind behind September 11 attack on twin towers in United States, tops the list. The list also includes India’s most wanted underworld don Dawood, who runs the D-Company. Dawood has been ranked fourth on the list and believed to be residing in Pakistan. Other notable fugitives on the list include Alimzhan Tokhtakhounov - the face of the modern Russian mob, Guzman - Mexico’s most powerful drug trafficker, Matteo Messina Denaro - the Italian mafia’s playboy and Flicien Kabuga - arguably the driving force behind the Rwanda genocides.

About Osama, the magazine says that he is believed to be hiding in Pakistan, probably in the region of Waziristan. Forbes mentions that for past six years, Laden has been evading the biggest manhunt in the world’s history by hiding in the tribal areas along the Pakistan - Afghanistan border.

Forbes says that Dawood is suspected to be the man behind the 1993 Mumbai blasts, which killed 257 people and left 713 injured. The report says that Dawood is probably in Pakistan and he has close links to Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence agency (ISI). Further the magazine says, Dawood, son of a policeman, runs an underworld empire and is involved in a number of illegal activities like murder, drug trafficking, weapons smuggling and counterfeiting. US had earlier declared Dawood a global terrorist and the United Nations has attempted to freeze his assets. Dawood is also believed to have links with the Al-Qaeda.

After seeing the Forbes.com list, Ronald Noble, Interpol secretary general said, “What they all have in common is that whether their crimes have occurred principally at the national or international level, their crimes have been so significant that they should be pursued globally. With regard to the world’s most wanted criminals, it is always easy to see the tremendous local impact that their crimes have had.”

According to the magazine, the list of the criminals has been prepared after consultation with law enforcement agencies in the US and from various parts of the world. All the fugitives mentioned have been criminally indicated or charged, some in national jurisdictions and some by international tribunals. Forbes says that all the ten fugitives are accused of committing serious crimes in the past and are considered a big threat to the world.

See,I am the criminal becuase no one understod me, I am not the criminal becuase what i expect in life easily get it but what about those people whose expectation makes other expectation that is MASS COMMUNICATION THE BIGGEST CRIMINAL TERRORIST.
