When Nunez started asking the question, crowd booed him, he asked, 'Arizona's new immigration statute authorizes law enforcement authorities to check the citizenship of anyone they believe to be in the country illegally'
SUNDAY NIGHT show, Miss USA 2010 was full of entertainment and drama as judges asked several difficult and funny questions to the contestants. One of the judges Oscar Nunez asked Miss Oklahoma Morgan Elizabeth Woolard about the new Arizona law on illegal immigration.
When Oscar was asking the question, audience started shouting as everyone there disliked the question as even last year he asked another controversial topic question to 09 contestant Carrie about same sex marriage. When Nunez started asking the question, crowd booed him. He asked, “Arizona’s new immigration statute authorizes law enforcement authorities to check the citizenship of anyone they believe to be in the country illegally”
Woolard looked little uncomfortable with question and started answering carefully as that was for Miss USA pageant.Nunez added, “Critics say this may amount to racial profiling. Do you think that this should be mandated by the state or by the federal government?”Woolard answered,” I think it’s perfectly fine for Arizona to create that law, and I’m against illegal immigration but I’m also against racial profiling so I see both sides in this issue”. People saying Nunez asked a controversial question which made Woolard to give a diplomatic answer and she lost the title by an inch and became the first runner up to the Miss USA title. Finally, Miss Michigan, 24-year-old Arab American Rima Fakih won the Miss USA 2010 title.

Re; Ms., Ok., QUESTION
Everyone fails to remember, Ms., Ok. 'picked her question out of the same bowl' which the other 4 finalists chose their questions from...any one of the finalists could have randomly picked that question from that bowl!! So, I would have to interject...WHY??? The controversary over her "random" selection from the interview questions? Does anybody out there remember the 'bowl' with the question cards in it? This Judge did not attck with an unfair question. This was a question which could have been posed to any of the 5 finalists... enough with the "UNFAIR' accusations. Miss Ok., came in as the 1st Runner Up...and, if anyone takes the time to tabulate, Miss Colorado was ahead of the winner and...Ms., Ok ...excuse me, what happened to this young lady???
