Pacific Ocean: The lawless water body
When he ( Eril Andrad) returned from sea , his body without the soul was in Coffin with many cuts with clotted blood with the lost pancreas .There was also a handwritten note from his captain in which it was mentioned that he died when sleeping without any specific reason. It was an unpunished open crime in International water territory without any fear of law and order.

An unseen and unknown heinous crime on this inverse where these criminals do not fear to commit crime in broad day light in this part of the earth is as like as untamed zone/ area of the universe beyond the line of law and order, far away from the perimeter of global human rights to live peacefully by choosing the profession as they like.

It is the need of the hour to share and spread this violation of right to live.

The lawless water bodies on the planet, on the open chest of high seas, the relentless non-stop and the most heinous crimes in the world, of crimes like murder happen with impunity. As many as 4 million fishing vessels with around more than 1 lakh merchant Ships which are also a key to world economy and transport, crossing many  international boundaries in sea are statistically amounted to 90% of the World's Goods . Maritime laws nowadays are not so impact full in regard to humanity and human rights. Many maritime officials along with fishermen and sea migrants have died under the cloud of suspense which is uncountable, unknown and unsolved. As per many maritime officials, zero accountability of suspected culprits due to lack of evidences as nobody really dares to inform the appropriate authorities in fear.

Despite many rules of law declared by the United Nations and despite uncountable maritime pacts among many countries in the world for the need of regulating ships in the oceans for the sake of safety of ships and crews in there, no such action has been taken as per the rules of law meant for high Ocean bodies. When the vessels wash out over the ocean's horizon, it seems human beings and humanity also perishes along with that Vessel. The ground reality of nurturing ocean bodies with uncountable unseen cases of violation of human right of the right to live with freedom is just ignored like something that never happens on our Planet, for which national and international maritime officials and appropriate authorities are quite responsible. Everyone fears to knot the bell in the neck of a cat.

(In the maritime world, it's far easier for countries to look the other way with problem ships like the Dona Liberate than to do something about them," Statement did input by Mark Young who was a retired United States Coast Guard & former chief ,enforcement - Pacific Ocean.)
