Parul Chauhan of 'Sapna Babul Ka' to get married to Chirag Thakkar
Parul Chauhan, who shot to fame with her roles in Sapna Babul Ka, Bidai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is reportedly getting hitched with actor Chirag Thakkar in December this year.

According to sources, the actress has confirmed about the same. The TV actor is immensely popular because of her TV shows like Sapna Babul Ka, Bidaai and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.

According to a report in the Times of India, the actor will begin her conjugal journey on December 12. Rumours are also abuzz that unlike a lavish star studded wedding the couple has opted for a quiet ceremony with only close family and friends in attendance.

Sources have also revealed that the couple will tie the knot with a simple court marriage in Mumbai which will be followed by a function at her hometown Lakhimpur Kheri and later a get-together in Mumbai.

As quoted in the report, Parul said, "My family and relatives have been waiting for me to get married. Everybody has this question, so finally yes, the time has come. I am getting married on December 12. We haven't zeroed in on the venue yet, but there will be a court marriage in Mumbai, followed by a small function in my hometown, Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh and a get-together in Mumbai."

Parul and Chirag have been seeing each other for the last three years but still Parul  does not like to use the word 'dating' in reference to her relationship. She says, "Chirag is not my boyfriend, he is my friend. We have not dated in the conventional term. If having coffee together and sharing everything with your best friend amounts to dating, then yes, we dated for three years."

She also revealed that Chirag never proposed her; they met each other through a common friend and became close. Last year, when her mother was with her during Diwali, Parul invited Chirag and his family for puja. Initially Parul's mother developed a liking for Chirag and thereafter the family decided to take their relationship to the next level.
