Ëast is East and West is West; the Twain shall never meet," so said Rudyard Kipling, the renowned poet of the British Empire. Now, a serious project is underway to bridge this cultural gap. It is the considered opinion of intellectuals, men of letters and commoners alike that a lot of blood-thirsty outlook develops because of lack of understanding of each other's culture.

With a view to overcoming this cultural shock and bridging the gap in the thought process of the East and the West, some good intentioned and reputed producers and directors of Hollywood would put their heads together and produce a film on Prophet Mohammad, Peace Be on Him, without in any way showing the image or the caricature of the prophet. Doing so would be against the tenets of Islam.

The film would be in English. The production is likely to commence in 2011. The best talent in the film industry would be attracted.
