People employed in sensitive establishments should get their due
People in India who work the hardest are paid the least. These people are the menial laborers and they should have a proper working system with incentives for motivation. Incentives are important to bridge the gap between the haves and the have not
PEOPLE EMPLOYED in sensitive places such as mental hospitals, mortuaries, disabled child care, disabled adult care, old age homes, zoos, sanitation services, cemeteries, fair price shops, blood banks, birth registration centre’s, public parks, public museums and many similar places are contributing immensely to keep the society in good shape.

These employees could either be working out of choice or out of need. In advanced countries, such employees are made to love their work with proper back up qualification and with respectable wages.

In a developing country like India, there is a possibility that these employees can become easily depressed due to the nature of the job, lack of proper incentives and lack of proper recognition. Such employees are also vulnerable and can easily become addict alcoholics.

Proper remuneration with appropriate incentives would not only increase labor efficiency but would also make them loyal. The benefits should include periodic free health checkups.

They should be allowed to interact with their counterparts in advanced countries for coming up with better ideas and suggestions for bringing in more improvements in their work areas.

They should be constantly motivated to give their best under all circumstances. More and more laurels and awards should be presented to them through various public forums.

Families of such employees should be well recognized and taken care of by the society through some sort of privileged card status. Necessary back up qualification with proper training should become mandatory before enrolling these employees.

All the above steps taken nicely will ensure India’s development and the emergence of a classless society, which would decrease the gap between the haves and have not’s in our country.
