I am working as a surgical care practitioner in UK same as Physician Assistant It is not a diploma or degree programme in UK it is post graduate programmes in few universities When I looked at the modules in India it is totally different It is a time of Evidence based practice and critical thinking so should include something like that and reduce the spoon feeding And don't limit the scope to cardiac surgery only they can work any speciality if proper training In here I am working for orthopaedic It is better to take nurses or any other health care professionals as students If any further advice or help please do
