Pitch with pace for South Africans, spin for Indians
The first match being a tame draw and the second one won by the South Africans, its a do or die situation for team India. The third test scheduled to be played on April 11, would have a sporting pitch with enough for both the spinners and pacers.

IT HAS been reported that the Board of Cricket Control India (BCCI) pitch and grounds committee chairman, Daljit Singh said that the third test between India and South Africa scheduled to be played on April 11, would have a sporting pitch with enough for both the spinners and pacers.

The pitch would not be particularly being prepared with an intention of favoring the home team. According to him both the fast as well as the spinners would get help from the pitch and would thus favor both the teams, reports a newspaper.

Initially, the pitch is expected to assist the fast bowlers, but as the match progresses the spinners would come into action.

The first match being a tame draw and the second one won by the South Africans convincingly, it’s a do or die situation for team India. To make matters worse, a series of injuries to the main players won’t help the Indians either. If the Indians loose this last test, they would slip to the third position in the rankings.
