Plots less than 100 sq m in Gurgaon to get permission for building plans
Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) has decided to sanction the plots that are less than 100sq m for building purposes. The plan was suggested on the house meeting of the officials and is expected to be formed at the earliest.
The current plan allows sanction of the plots that are more than 100sq m. The proposal came up after getting inspired from the authorities of Delhisince they allow the sanction of plots that are less than 32sq m.

The suggested plan is expected to bring a relief to the owners of plots less than 100sq m. The plots were considered unauthorized earlier.

“The draft for the concerned plan is being prepared and will be completed as soon as possible. Earlier, the building plans were not approved by the authorities and were treated as illegitimate however, the new plan has kept the 100sq m plots into loop. The proposal is expected to bring relief to the residents”, said an official of MCG as reported by TOI.

The house meeting on also raised a proposal to set up a water management board in Gurgaon which will be similar to the Delhi Jal Board. The proposal will be carried out under the umbrella of MCG which will also cater to sewerage systems in the city.
