Police force tribal girl to dance naked for tourists
In Andaman Islands policemen often accept bribes in pounds and dollars from rich tourists and force the girls to perform naked for them. A journalist from The Observer newspaper, posing as a tourist shot this video and leaked it to the UK Press.

INDIAN MEDIA may fail to cover the happenings in far flung areas of Andaman Islands. But the British newspaper ‘The Guardian’ has released unforeseen and shocking video of a tribal girl dancing naked. Recently, the video has been uploaded on ‘The Guardian’ website and showing policeman forcing tribal girls to dance naked for the amusement of tourists. Even a policeman is heard commanding the young girls.

“It is shame for our country that protectors of people are forcing this act on a helpless tribal girl,” said a young girl who watched this video on the site. “It is surprising. Where other people of the community, why did they fail to protect these girls?” asked another girl.

The report published by the publication says actually policemen were deployed to protect tribes from uninvited and invasive outsiders. But in Andaman Islands policemen often accepted bribe in pounds and dollars from rich tourists and force the girls to perform naked for their leisure.  “I gave you food and security,” a policeman is heard reminding the girls in one section of video.

Most of the tourists visited the Jarawa tribes for watching naked girls dance instead of safari. The tribe has almost 450 members but they live in different places to get hold of food and living facilities. Who cares in India for these innocent tribal people? The government and woman organisations only wake-up when our ‘corporate media’ raise hue and cry.
