Poonam Pandey demands verified Twitter account

The girl who is supposedly a model but is known for her strip tease antics wants a verified Twitter account. Miffed at the mushrooming of fake Poonam Pandey accounts harming her reputation, Poonam has been forced to take notice of this problem.

INDIA'S VERY own Kim Kardashian, Poonam Pandey, is miffed this time round. Controversy's very own child Poonam Pandey has been quite a sensation both online and offline for obvious reasons. So when the same leggy lass says that she has had enough of Twitter, it comes as a huge surprise for gossip mongers on Twitter land. Apparently, there are 700 fake accounts that have been posting her pictures on Twitter, and pretending to be her, and this has compelled her to make this announcement.

The 'strip queen' tweeted, “more than 700 fake twitter accounts in my name and pics. Unless my account is verified I won't post any pics or videos,” reported ANI. The Internet sensation who has had fans swooning on her as soon as she took to tweeting last year, she has now threatened to quit the social networking site.

A number of her fans would be dissapointed but everyone would rather go for a real Poonam then a fake one. Thus, it remains to be seen whether twitter gives in, and verifies her account, and officially makes her a celebrity or not.
