IGNOU has launched a postgraduate diploma programme in Participatory Adult Learning Documentation and Information Networking (PGDAE), in adult education, in collaboration with UNESCO and Jawaharlal Nehru University.
THE INDIRA Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a postgraduate diploma programme in Participatory Adult Learning Documentation and Information Networking (PGDAE), in adult education in collaboration with UNESCO and Jawaharlal Nehru University
According to the IGNOU press release, the programme aims at promoting professional development and capacity building in the area of adult education with a focus on participatory adult learning, documentation and information networking.
PGDAE is open to all bachelor’s degree holders and personnel already working or involved in adult education, like functionaries of different programme of literacy and adult education, staff of directorates of adult/mass education, state resource centres, community colleges and others.
The holders of this diploma will be eligible for employment in projects implemented by the central or state governments, universities, colleges and NGOs, amongst others the release said.
