'Posto' - the first ever Bengali movie to premiere digitally
SVF, undoubtedly the largest production house of eastern India is going to join hands with Windows Production, a production house founded by director duo Shiboprasad-Nandita.

For the betterment and empowerment of Bengali cinema, 'Posto', the most successful film of the year 2017, for the first time will be premiered on digital entertainment content platform, before its TV debut.

Yes, before its television premiere, the film will stream live on Hoichoi from today. In an announcement conference organized by SVF at their office, co-founder of SVF Shrikant Mohta, co-founder of Windows and director of 'Posto' Shiboprasad Mukherjee along with executive director of Hoichoi Vishnu Mohta announced the tie-up.

Speaking on the occasion, Shrikant Mohta said, "I always wanted to work with Shiboprasad-Nandita but that never happened. For me it's emotional and historical that we are going to premiere their film which already made history amongst audiences."

Shiboprasad said, "It is very important that Bengali film producers got back their money that's why I am very happy that Posto will reach to more people because smartphone and internet connections are everywhere these days, so if people subscribe to this platform and it will be worthy for both the parties. Those who are practiced with watching pirated copies it will profit them too than buy pirated copies individually."

Incidentally, yesterday was also the birthday of Argha Basu, the boy who has played the lead character of Posto. Although, he was not present on the occasion, both Shrikant and Shiboprasad wished him all the luck and dedicated the premiere to him.
