Basanti Jha, daughter of Ram Pukar Jha and Rekha Sutradhar, daughter of Birendra Sutradhar got the financial help for their marriage which is to be held on February 9.
HINDU YUVA Chatra Parishad (HYCP) Assam offered financial help to two poor families of Chokitup area of Nagaon town in Assam on Tuesday (February 8). The president of HYCP Assam Brajen Kakati and the members of HYCP Chokitup unit met the poor families and offered financial help to offset some expenses of their daughters’ marriage.
Basanti Jha, daughter of Ram Pukar Jha and Rekha Sutradhar, daughter of Birendra Sutradhar got the financial help for their marriage which is to be held on February 9. While talking to media Brajen Kakati informed that the two families requested the organisation for some financial assistance for the marriage ceremony of their daughters. He added, “HYCP felt very happy to provide the assistance.”Brajen further said that, “The marriage of a girl is a great worry for a poor family and our organisation felt their need and came forward to provide help and the organisation would continue this process in future too.”The poor families paid thanks to the organisation for their support in the time of need. The local people of the area largely appreciated HYCP for its effort. It is pertinent to mention here that many poor families can’t effort their daughter’s marriage because of the crushing poverty and the initiative taken by HYCP would definitely help those poor parents.
