Power yoga: A new way of life
Power yoga is definitely becoming popular among a section who see they are leading an inactive lifestyle. Yoga needs to be incorporated in our daily lives. It not only benefits us physically but it is good for the mind as well.
POWER YOGA has emerged as a new trend and many people are now turning towards it in order to stay active and healthy. It not only benefits us physically but is good for the mind as well; it helps to increase the concentration level and it is also helpful for spiritual enlightenment. It can also help in managing stress, depression and thus aids in improving and developing the overall personality of a person.

Many of our celebrities are also indulging in power yoga sessions these days in order to stimulate their minds and bodies and it has become an essential part of their lifestyle. For instance Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor who emerged in a slim avatar recently for one of her movies, gave credit to her power yoga sessions for helping her become fit. So it is no wonder that many people are driven towards power yoga, and many healthy clubs and gyms are also offering classes for teaching it to people.

It is definitely becoming popular with many realising they are leading an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. Power yoga needs to be incorporated in our daily lives, so that we exercise our mind and body and relax ourselves, which is again very important in today’s fast-paced world.
