President Obama advised to change course
The results of recent primaries in the United States have prompted former President Bill Clinton to advise the sitting President publicly.
THE AMERICAN people are now turning their back on Obama. Americans now feel that they had made a mistake in putting the first Black man in the White House. It is not racism. It is just plain truth. Obama had a fund of goodwill, when he sat in the oval office first time. However, he made mistake after mistake and frittered away the goodwill. Is there a point now in crying over the spilt milk? Well, one may mend one's ways and be back in the driving seat. He is a Muslim and keeps on hiding his real faith to win the Christian sympathy and votes. Although he is not a true Black as his mother was a pure white Christian and his father a pure Black Muslim but he has been calling himself a Black to win the solid support of Blacks. No wonder General Colin Powell, a Black and former four star general and chairman chiefs of staff committee of the United States, had crossed over from the Republican camp to the Democrats to vote for a fellow Black. All these events have not been appreciated by a vast majority of the American people.

Apparently this rang the bell for the Democrats and the former President Clinton thought that it would be a wise step to give a piece of advice to Obama in public how to go about doing his job to win the public support.

Bill Clinton advised President Obama to list his achievements and announce them with a drum beat. Let the American people be convinced with facts and figures that the Democrat in the White House is a true American working for the Americans. Unless the genuine achievements are made known to the people, they may drift away from the Democrats and be attracted towards the Republicans. The President must prevent that by pressing positive points of his and not committing the mistakes that alienates the people from him.
As of now, the trend of the public opinion is that Obama is most likely about to earn the title of "One-Term President". One should not be surprised if that actually happens. The writing is on the wall and that possibly prompted a former President and a Democrat to advise the incumbent President in public.
President Obama may be advised not to meddle with the Military just to assert his authority as a top executive. Obama had forced general McChrystal, the top US commander in Afghanistan to go on pre-mature retirement for an innocuous mistake. The president should have shown maturity becoming of his high office and should have allowed the matter to pass. The said incident had made Obama unpopular not only with the rank and file of the US armed forces but also with the American people except the sycophants.
Obama has been receiving poor advice on emotional matters like the coming up of an Islamic centre near Ground Zero in New York. By publicly supporting the building of a mosque near the hallowed ground, Obama has projected himself more as a Muslim diehard than an American President. Notwithstanding an official denial issued by Obama that he is a Muslim and his assertion that he is a Christian and that he prays everyday ( not five times as the Muslims do) , the general belief is that Obama is not telling the truth. One in five Americans is convinced that Obama is favouring Islam because he is a Muslim. The true friends of President Obama must advise him to look like an American, think like an American and above all act like an American in keeping with the ethos and ambience of the great country he is presiding over. One need not emphasize the obvious that to achieve the aim of being a true American, Obama may have to work overtime to shake off the tags that have got stuck to his tuxedo.The old saying goes thus – while in Rome, do as Romans do. Likewise, Barack Hussein Obama, you are in America and do as Americans do.
