Pro Kabaddi 2017: Incessant rains in Mumbai throw PKL Season 5 out of gear; Tuesday's matches postponed
Persistent rains over the last two days in Mumbai have thrown Pro Kabaddi League Season 5 out of gear. The organisers had to postpone the league's matches scheduled for Tuesday to a later date.

In statement issued on Tuesday, the organisers said, "The match-ups between host U-Mumba and Gujarat Fortune Giants and Bengaluru Bulls and U.P. Yoddha will now be rescheduled to a later date, as the were unable to reach the stadium on time."

"The decision has been made in consultation with the franchises, Marshal Sports, Star India, AKFI and other key stakeholders," the statement further said.

The ongoing Mumbai leg of PKL 2017 has received overwhelming response from fans who have thronged the Sardar Vallabhbahi Patel Indoor Stadium in large numbers to watch their favourite teams in action.
