Pro-Kabaddi League player Rohit Chillar's wife commits suicide in Delhi
Wife of a national-level kabbadi player has allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in her home in West Delhi's Nangloi area. A suicide note along with a two-hour long video in which she alleged 'mental and physical harassment' has been recovered by the police.

Rohit Chillar who represented the team "Bengaluru Bulls" in the Pro-Kabaddi League (PKL) married the 27-year-old Lalitha, in March this year, this was her second marriage. Last weekend, Rohit allegedly told her to leave him.

As per reports, Lalitha was found dead by her father on Monday evening and Rohit was in Mumbai at that time. The 26-year-old kabaddi player joined the Navy in 2009 and was posted in Mumbai.

According to the suicide note and the video, Lalitha alleged dowry demands by her husband's family. She said she was forced to stay alone while her husband remained out of Delhi frequently.

Rohit's parents, who lived separately, are reportedly missing. The Delhi Police said that an SDM inquiry will be initiated in the matter.
